As you know, last year we introduced in-app help (the purple icon in the bottom right of your SmarterSelect screen) to provide you the assistance you need without leaving the SmarterSelect application. Hopefully, our FAQs and our chatbot, Sally Select, have been helpful. Additionally, Sally learns over time and should be able to provide you better answers any time of the day, any day of the week. |
How Does the Live Chat Work?
