In continuing our efforts to provide you with the best value for our application management service, we're excited to introduce live chat support for our Enhance and Enterprise customers.

 

As you know, last year we introduced in-app help (the purple icon in the bottom right of your SmarterSelect screen) to provide you the assistance you need without leaving the SmarterSelect application. Hopefully, our FAQs and our chatbot, Sally Select, have been helpful. Additionally, Sally learns over time and should be able to provide you better answers any time of the day, any day of the week.

How Does the Live Chat Work?

 

1. What are the hours for chat support?
Chat support is available Monday thru Friday (excluding US holidays) from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Central time.

 

2. Where do I start a chat?
We always encourage you to immediately get the answers you need via the FAQs and Sally Select. 

However, should Sally not get you a satisfactory answer, she will ask if you'd like to chat with an agent.

Also, if you select "Contact Support", you have the option of opening a ticket (Email) or initiating a Chat.

3. I don't see the option for live chat.  Why?
Chat support is available to our Enhance and Enterprise customers. If you are a Create level customer and are interested in chat support plus many advanced features for you and your programs, contact the Support team to discuss how to upgrade your account.

 

4. Can I still open a support ticket?
Absolutely! Support tickets can be created at anytime and will be created during the chat off-hours and weekends.
