The Capterra Shortlist recognizes the top 20 grant management solutions based on real customer reviews and how popular they are on Capterra.com. It's like an annual report card showing which software products users really love for being high quality.
Making the cut for the shortlist is a big deal. Capterra looks at thousands of user reviews and takes into account stuff like how satisfied customers are, how well-known the software is, and the impact it makes. So being chosen for the shortlist tells us we're doing something right!
What Capterra Looks For
According to The Capterra Shortlist™ Methodology, to be included in this list we had to have at least 20 unique product reviews. We also had to show evidence that we offered the required functionality, served users in North America, and that SmarterSelect “is relevant to software buyers across industries or sectors.” That’s not all! We also had to achieve a “minimum normalized overall user-review rating,” and “a minimum popularity score.” Bottom line - we just could not have achieved this without you!
