We use the software for grants management. The software is very easy to "program", we had unsolicited positive feedback from applicants on how easy the process is and one of our evaluators told me she is actually enjoying evaluating!

Pros

Ease of use. Excellent customer support.

Cons

Developed for scholarships and I have to "work around" features to make it feel natural for grants.
