Other similar programs were double the price. Once you get the hang of it, SmarterSelect is easy to use and saves a lot of time and money.
Pros
The software seems fairly easy for the applicant and the reviewers.
Cons
It takes a while to figure out how to set everything up if you are not used to this type of software.
