Smarter Select is flexible enough to meet all of our needs and the technical support is always so helpful.

Pros

I love that it is online and that users can have multiple roles, which is key in our small town and organization

Cons

The reporting after someone receives a grant is not integrated into one grant application. It would be nice to be a one, stop application.
