Great software! Complex system yet relatively easy to use.

We use this software to manage our grant and scholarship awards. It has increased the efficiency of our process.

Pros

It is a relatively complex yet easy to learn program. You do not need to be a computer wizard to run this program.

Cons

I really do not like that they don't offer a customer support phone number. I can't just pick up the phone for a quick question. I have to send an email and wait for a response. I also really do not like the fact that we are unable to delete any applications, even test applications.
