SmarterSelect saves us time and money.

Our experience with SmarterSelect has been terrific from day 1, back in 2011. The customer service is above average, the FAQs are spot on, and the weekly calls are an added bonus. Our evaluators find it easy to use and our applicants have grown significantly.

Pros

The ease of use and the continual upgrades to improve it on a regular basis.

Cons

I'd love to see improvements in the user interface to keep scrolling to a minimum - for example the ability to use tables. Also, the ability for evaluators to download data would be helpful.
