The past two years we've had issues with the software.

The software cuts down on a lot of paperwork and allows us to process more applications.

Pros

Customer service has been very supportive. We've had a lot of issues but they seem to have addressed them on a timely basis.

Cons

Lots of glitches that we've come across. Things such as not totaling up scores. The biggest issue is students not being able to submit. And the other huge issue I've come across is I'll have an applicant contact me saying they completed the application, submitted it but it never showed up as submitted. So these applicants were overlooked for our scholarships.
