The only thing I wish we had (which is probably available on a higher tier), is the ability for scores to be added in the evaluator section for their viewing. However, when I pull scores in Excel, it is easy for me to tabulate scores.

I find SmarterSelect incredibly difficult to use. It is not user friendly and has many unnecessary features. When trying to make edits to the application, you have to click about 5 buttons to make a single edit and then do the same for the next edit. Editing takes entirely way too long with this software.

Small con: I wish that when the button to disable an application is selected that the "active" button would uncheck.

When I customize my Applications view, it doesn't "stick" - I have to re-customize it every single time I go back to it. Also, I don't find the export/print functionality to be user-friendly.

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Smarter Select is top notch.

I have no comment about what I like lead about this software. It is pretty simple and the tutorials are very helpful.
