Easily captures and tracks applicants for our program. Relieves a lot of my work load during the application cycle.

Pros

Excellent customer support - my questions are answered very quickly. Most afforadble product on the market.

Cons

Functionality is very limited. For those who are not very computer literate, the application system is very difficult to use. How-to webinars are not as informative as I thought they'd be.
