Very positive experience. The program handles our needs very well. Is is very good and strong attention from support. Ease in crafting applications and doing evals.

How they handle recommendations, ease of use for applicant, ability to have multiple applications/programs under one account.

Cons

format of PDF when application is outputted. Big price jump between low end and mid-level.
